Free introduction - individual courses

After identifying your specific language training needs and establishing your budget we will recommend the course most suitable for you. The first introduction lesson is free of charge so that you could familiarise yourself with your teacher as well as test drive our service.

A general assessment is given once your first introduction lesson is completed and a personalised training plan is then developed for you. You may also decide to upgrade or downgrade your course based on your conversation with the teacher.

If you decide to cancel your course at any time and for any reason the remaining balance of funds will be paid back to you, however any lessons scheduled within 36 hours of cancellation will be deducted from your account. For example, if you book a course of 12 lessons and cancel the course after 6 lessons, we will refund to you the remaining 50% of the course fee.
